This holds a very small abount of liquid and should only be used by those that just pass a few drops when they cough or something. Also, don't absorb fast enough so there i overflow onto underwear.
I can't say enough GOOD things about these pads!! Since a lower back surgery in 2004, I've needed bladder protection. I've tried other leading brands; they either bunched, were uncomfortable, or did NOT stay in place.
Prevail pads are perfect for me. Yesterday was a prime example. For some reason, I got the 'urge' to get to the potty late, and while walking to the bathroom, my bladder emptied into the pad. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! Not only did the pad stay in place, it HELD the liquid...it did NOT shift, and when I pulled the pad from my panty, it DID NOT SPILL!
Satsfied with absorbency, but feel that next largest size the right one. Have already ordered same; will amend review after trial use next largest size.
