These are for my mother who is in a nursing home. It is hard to find incontinence itmes that fit her but these stretch to a large size. She finds them quite comfortable.

I've tried the other big name product and had leaks and seam tears, NOT with Prevail, they run big so buy the size you need, just a bit wide and bulky in the straddle, but with some adjusting they work great for the heavy flow or incontinence. Very discreet, and work
very good for over-night wear or an all day journey. Love them.

I'm going to try XL to see if that makes a difference.
Probably best for those at upper end of size limit.

I use these at night, but must add extra pads to stop leakage. they do fit me well, as I am extra large and until these could not find any to fit me. Drugstore. com has the best prices.I will continue to use.

My father is 90 and heavyset.. Other products were a little snug and he needed assistance to change them. He can change the Prevail himself. Great protection but at night we added a Depends boost,sometimes two to make it through the night. . My father is on water pills and needs the extra protection.
