It is frustrating to see that there are 23 grams of sugar for every bar a person eats (others have around the same amount of sugar). It is no wonder there is an epidemic of metabolic disorders in the world....I know there are other factors which cause diabetes or metabolic syndrome. I like the choc and pistachio flavor, but it also contains more sugar in it than I would like. IMHO, each bar should not have more than 12 grams of sugar....without adding more sodium.
