Just received this item, so far I love it! Very easy to use and very very FAST. Alot smaller than what I expected, and comes with a cloth carrying case. Great buy

When it arrived I opened it and followed the directions. It did not work. So I'm thinking it must be defective or the batteries are dead. Not what I expected.

Very easy to use. It only take a couple seconds to get the correct temperature. The neatest part if it's normal it glows green and if you have a fever it glows red.
