Just don't like products that smell strongly, especially when used on the face.

I bought a bottle of Olivella from the reduced bin at a local store. One might think applying an oil might be too heavy or cause break-outs. Not so--the directions suggest combining a very small squirt with a bit of water or while your face is still wet from washing. The end product is a wonderfully smooth and soft face. My skin showed a marked difference in as little as a week. Most moisturizers clog my pores--not once has this ever happened while using Olivella. It smells nice, lasts a long time and most important, it's the best moisturizer I have EVER used (I'm 55 and have tried lots of 'em). I've always used olive oil soap for face washing with good results, but never thought to use an olive oil based moisturizer. Now that I have, I'm hooked. Needless to say, I bought every bottle from that reduce bin.

I didn't even take it out of the box once I read the ingredients. If you have even a slight reaction to citrus products don't buy this one.

I like that this product is made from all natural oils. It smells great and moisturizes really well. I use it in the winter when my skin gets very dry. It is a little bit thick, so I use a drop of oil to a drop of water, rub my hands together to create and emulsion and then pat on my face.

Use this product with Olivella soap for greatest benefit to skin. I use twice daily, morning and night. Dry skin after just a weeks use has become much softer and blotchiness has completely disappeared. It could possibly be my "wonder" drug.

Use for nighttime after washing while face is still moist and give time to absorb, works very nicely. Also very effective to use after being in the sun, helps heal skin and soothes redness. I also use this as an eye makeup remover (just dont get it IN your eyes or they get real blurry), works better than anything else I've used. Also good as spot treatment around eye and lip area. Don't over apply. Just a little bit goes a long way. I'm half way through the bottle and Ive been using it over 2 months. Their Body Lotion (not offered on Drugstore.com yet) works great as daytime facial moisturizer, so does their Hand Cream, light and fast absorbing. Their Body Cream works great also as a hair styling cream.

I was so excited to try this oil. After using the Olivella facial soap for a couple of weeks, I ordered this and immediately began using it (as directed) right after washing my face with the Olivella soap. Initially, I was in love! It worked really well under my makeup, which I have often found to be a problem with facial moisturizers in the past. The oil did take a while to absorb, but I didn't mind because it seemed worth the wait to have beautifully moisturized skin. Sadly, less than a week after using this, I noticed peeling and EXTREAME dryness all over my face, mostly on my cheeks and forehead. There was no redness, just cracked dry skin, which I have NEVER experienced before. I continued using the oil for another week hoping that it would improve, but it only seemed to get worse. None of this made sense to me...putting OIL on my face made my skin MORE dry?! Not possible. I was so sure that I did something wrong that I even contacted Olivella directly to ask if they had heard of similar reactions to the oil before, but I never got a response. I have since gone back to my old facial lotion, but I¿m very sad that this one did not work for me. I do have fairly sensitive skin, but like I said, there was no redness or other signs of a reaction, just the dryness. I would be cautious using this oil if you are at all sensitive to new products.

I use as a facial moistuizer and use excess for hands.

I use this anytime but am really pleased that it works so well under foundation, some of the other moisturizers I've used under foundation have combined to make a strange graininess. So I used this under Kiss my Face foundation and it works beautifully, love the citrus scent, it's very light and since I love scent would not mind it a bit stronger.

I like the way this feel before I put on night cream. It makes my skin feel soft and moist. It might be too greasy for some people but I like the effects on my skin.
