I've used this cherry flavored low-dose aspirin for years for everything from a sore throat (let several dissolve in your mouth), to fevers, to sinus pressure, to headaches (I usually take a few with a no-food-coloring, no-artificial-flavoring Gatorade), to muscle aches. I may start with just two tablets, wait 15 minutes, and take more if I need them, but often I don't. Never have I experienced any bad side-effects, and that is very unusual for me because I am very, very sensitive to medications. The cherry flavored tablets are much easier for me to take, even easier than the orange flavored tablets.
