I TAKE A BEANO EVERY MORNING AND IT DOES THE TRICK ALL DAY LONG. SOMETIMES IF I EAT A LOT OF FIBER, I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GAS, BUT NOT USUALLY.

Have found the product works even AFTER I've eaten (and forgotten to start with product). Have been using Beano for many years and it has never failed me, which is very important as I have a great deal of pain digesting even foods causing only mild gas. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I use Beano with other medications and for all sorts of foods -- basically for everything I eat -- and it helps eliminate killer heartburn when even the big meds don't entirely do the job. I still have methane enough to power a small substation, but the pain is gone. Thanks Beano.

I eat a very high fiber diet. Beeno helps control some of the side effects from such a high fiber diet. I eat approx. 150% of the daily required fiber so sometimes I experience gas and bloating.

Several years ago I asked our veterinarian what to do about a gassy dog and he suggested Beano! Anyone who has a dog and has had this problem will appreciate how great this works with NO side effects!! We have used Beano for our dogs every since with wonderful results!!

I love the fact that I can eat whatever I want, specifically kimchi and other korean dishes. Beano helps me digest all the cabbage, radishes, and beans in korean cuisine. At first two tablets didn't work so I upped it to three and four and wow, now I can eat and eat. And eat some more without any discomfort. This was recommended to me from a friend and I would recommend it anyone else who is fed up with taking something after you've ingested the problem food.
