It works great, theproblem is only the measuring tool was hard to use. Lots of time I end up giving my baby too much or too little. They need to make better aplicator/measuring tools.

These drops are a life-saver. I didn't want to give my son any "medication" since he's only one month old and a preemie on top of that but I thought I'd give these a try since he has bad gas around the clock and the screaming drove me crazy and made me worried. I'm happy to report that they work every time and within 5 minutes. They also seem to have lasting effect of about 4-5 hours on my little one. Moreover, the taste seems ok for him. I can give those drops alone and he makes no funny faces. I highly recommend these drops. Only con for me? It's a bit difficult to get the exact measurement with the dispenser. The liquid is creamy white so it's a bit tough to see through and adjust when feeding only 0.3ml.

Out of the 4 gas drops that I have tried, Little Tummies offers the best value for quality. Mylicon is over-priced for a similar product. Of the two cheaper store brands I have tried, one has a nasty pink dye (bad stains), and both do not have good flavoring. While all 4 drops are equally effective in relieving gas, my baby likes the taste of Little Tummies best. Great product!

I prefer these over the other brands since they are dye free (no icky pink color). There is nothing worse than struggling to get drops in a baby's mouth and ending up with pink goo all over the place. They work great, too!

My son gets the worst gas bubbles some days and they just will not come up. A few drops of this and a little back patting, and the gas comes right up. It is a joy to have an happy baby again. I do not leave the house without these drops. I have a bottle at each of the grandparents' houses and one in the diaper bag. This is a must-have for every parent.
