Good, effective silicone product that is easily chewable. It helps to relieve gas and bloating. I have Ulcerative Colitis so this is a particular issue for me and this is one o-t-c medicine my m.d. recommended for temporary relief of gas/bloating.
Downside - the cherry flavor is almost sickening. I wish the peppermint flavor were available (which was a pleasant flavor)..

These work great, and FAST, to relieve the discomfort of heartburn/gas! I take a prescription med. for GERD, but sometimes I also need a little additional "help" from Gas-X, depending on what I have chosen to eat, and it always works quickly! I usually chew two tablets, since I have a pre-existing condition, but one might be enough for those who do not have GERD.
Adults: Chew one or two tablets as needed after meals and at bedtime. Do not exceed six tablets in 24 hours except under the advice and supervision of a physician.
