A balanced diet with enough calcium and regular exercise throughout life will help you to build and maintain healthy bones and may reduce your risk of developing osteoporosis. 

Daily intake above 2,000mg elemental calcium is unlikely to provide added benefits.

Antacid:  For fast relief of acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach and upset stomach associated with these symptoms.

Calcium Supplement:  As a daily source of extra calcium.

Do not take more than 7 tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than two weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician. If symptoms persist for two weeks, stop using and see a physician.
