I keep one in the pocket of each of my coats, one in my purse, one on the first floor, one on my bedside table, and another in my 3rd floor office. I am sensitive most lip products and wear this stuff all the time. If you use mineral makeup, it works extremely well for dipping and applying color. | The best lip moisturizer! ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/16/05The best lip moisturizer! I've been having a problem with my lips getting chapped all season. I've tried lots of lip moisturizers and they never work. Every time I put some nice sheer lipsticks on, it didn't look good on my lips at all because they were always so dry and not in good condition. I used this one and the problems were gone in just 3 days! I was so surprised! It really made my lips so smooth and healthy. Since then, I don't have any problems and my lips look so sexy now when I put lipsticks and gloss on, or even without it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I bought this because of the good reviews but it makes my lips feel WORSE, DRIER, just terrible. I tried Burt's Bees lip balm and that is the BEST! This Neutrogena lip moisturizer is TERRIBLE! Also when I put it on it gives my lips a kind of shimmery look, which I like too. The price isn't so bad, and lasts a pretty good long time as well. I find it irritating and it does not feel natural at all on the lips. Not formulated very well. Instead of going on smooth, it comes off the applicator in chunks. I purchased 2 tubes. | This is the best lip balm ... by Chantelle in Cambridge, MA on 10/29/04This is the best lip balm ever. Some of them seem to actually dry my lips out, but not Neutrogena! It leaves my lips moist and smooth without being waxy or slimy, and it has excellent staying power. The taste is completely inoffensive -- I can still eat and drink after putting it on, without worrying that I'll end up tasting it in everything. It's slightly pricier than other drugstore lip balms, but well worth it, and it's not nearly as expensive as high-end cosmetic brands. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
