I have tried EVERYTHING! The leading brand of lip balm is a joke, it is like trying to rub candlewax on your lips and it only protects them it does nothing to moisturize. I have tried all sorts of items that claim to be moisturizing but they make my lips smell like fuit. I happen to be allergic to some ingredients and color in normal lip balm and this item is the only one I use and I highly reccomend it for those with allergies to coloring or other ingredients including sunscreen. I am so glad I came acrossed this item because before, my lips would peel and blister due to allergies. I tried the tinted lipbalms by Neutrogen, but they reacted with the same allergic reaction. It can be a little pricey ranging anywhere from $3.00-$4.00, but well worth it if it is in stock (they sell out quickly). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

It is fabulous. There is no other lip moisturizer that has SFP and will blend over my SPF35 matte hypoallergenic face lotion. It also blends with flesh tone blemish sticks....I put on face lotion, Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer lightly on all wrinkles, light blemish tone around and under nose and chin. Lipstick over moisturizer, when it fades, add Lip Moisturizer and an occasional touch of lipstick. With Lip Moisturizer I refresh the lip tone without always needing a mirror ....I carry the Lip Moisturizer in every purse, pocket and by my bed and desk...always handy and imperceptible, my complexion is great....natural and healthy. If people knew you can use it to soften and prevent wrinkles too, they might create another market for a product I hope will never die! Thanks. No other 'lip moisturizer' works in all these ways. I've always had dry skin and lip treatments were long a problem, as I so dislike those heavy waxy types. I found this at a little drugstore in Crested Butte the first time (at the X Games years ago) and became an instant convert.
