I've been using it since my teens around my eyes whenever I am in the sun, and now at 36, I still don't have any wrinkles. We use it on our children's lips and eyes as an added precaution as well. It's the only SPF that I find I can get near my eyes without any burning or irritation. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I used petroleum jelly when I was younger, as I have always had sensitive skin. Neutrogena lip balm is not greasy, or waxy, and SPF 15 is an added plus. It is the only thing I have used on my lips, that doesn't make me feel like wiping it right off. We are both truck drivers, traveling in all U.S. climates, plus we ride motorcycles. I have lots of trouble with lip products - most cause me to break out in an itchy rash, but this one doesn't. | The BEST lip balm - ... by Kyra in Daytona Beach, FL on 2/11/06The BEST lip balm - cheap, NOT waxy, moisturizing, with SPF. It's the only lip balm I've ever tried that isn't waxy. I can't praise this product enough. I started using it when I was 12 or 13, and it's been part of my morning/evening routine since. And it's the ONLY beauty product I've tried (out of HUNDREDS!!) and still use after so many years. Because it's clear and scent free, you can also use it under your regular lipstick or gloss. My lips get chapped easily and when they start cracking/peeling, I slap on this balm before I go to bed at night and in the morning the dry skin sloughs off easily to reveal smooth lips (other lip balms I've tried did not facilitate the sloughing.) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Another product that works great Fresh Sugar Shea Butter, smells like lemons, LASTS forever... Fresh can be used anywhere on the body also.
