Indications
Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.

Warnings

Guaifenesin is not one the products that's been found to be ineffective. For me, it brings instant relieve from congestion, even congestion caused by allergies. During allergy season, I take it almost daily.

I have Pulmonary Fibrosis, and at times develop a lot of mucous in my bronchial passages, severely reducing usable oxygen. When I take the prescribed dose of Robitussin with Guaifenesin, I begin coughing up the mucous within minutes, clearing my lungs to breathe freely. This is a wonderful product the really works.
