Great to have with you if you have a bad cough. The only thing I wonder about is the shape, Not sure why it is square and that could be annoying as it is large for a cough drop but if you can get past that it is the best thing

Original Ricola Natural Herb Cough Drops effectively soothes my coughing, and mild breathing problems, that happen due to congestion, colds, or flu. My breathing eases quickly, and the drops taste good. Unlike other cough drop brands, Ricola does not upset my stomach. I always have Ricola at my home, and keep a few in my purse.

I have VCD, Vocal Cord Dysfunction. i have to be very careful not to strain my vocal cord at anytime. Any strain can cause my vocal cord to go into spasms which then causes me to stop breathing. I have been on life support for this at least 10 times. Coughing is a major problem for me. A cough attack can literally put me on life support. This is the only product i have found that can stop a cough attack in under a minute. So when I say it is a life saver i really mean it. I keep a bag of this with me at all times.

I love these. They taste yummy and the amount of menthol is just right - it's enough to soothe my throat and help clear my nasal passages, but it's not overwhelming.
