Cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus)
Stop use and ask a doctor if
Cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition
Sore mouth does not improve in 7 days
Irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens

I have been buying these for years, only recently have the stores stopped selling the sugar free ones. My husband is diabetic & he needs the sugar free ones. I was directed to drugstore.com & was surprised they had them for a reasonable price (they are more than what I was buying them for previously), but not as expensive as other websites.

I have allergies and take meds that cause dry mouth. I need to control thirst and sometimes coughing. My dentist is adamant that I can't use anything with sugar. These are effective and not medicinal. It's a grown-up's taste. Once you try a couple you'll love them.

This are quite similar in taste to the Original Ricola but their shape is a little difference but are just as effective for a cough or dry mouth. When on sale, get several bags to have on hand.

I used the Mountain Herb drops during the night. With this bad cough I had a very dry throat and these dops helped better than any others I'd tried to relieve the dryness during the night. With them being sugar-free, I didn't experience the thirst I had with other non-sugar-free drops. This flavor is hard to buy in our area. I hope that they aren't being discontinued!!

I have chronic allergies and get a tickle in my throat which makes me cough a lot. The only thing that helps is the mountain herb sugar free Ricola drops. I have a sensitive stomach but have never had stomach problems from these. I use about 3 a day. There is a strong pleasant minty taste and they lubricate my throat to stop the coughing.
