Comments about Ayr Baby's Saline Nose Spray, Drops, 1 fl oz:
Prior to this item, we used Ocean saline drops and Lil Noses. Both of those items work well, however, the ocean saline drops come in a cylindrical container which is tough to hang on to when you're dealing with a squirming infant who does NOT want anything placed up his nose. The bottle Ayr's drops comes in is flat and thin making it much easier to get a good grip on when dealing with a sick baby who still has the strength to kick your hand away with full force! All saline drops work well when you have an infant in need of some mucus thinning, just make certain its pure saline, no additives. I do enjoy this product. It helped me through my sons first cold.

Simple solution to all your nose problems. We love it and use it almost every day. No side effects. You can't use too much, because it's just salted water and no medication.
Comments about Ayr Baby's Saline Nose Spray, Drops, 1 fl oz:
This is good and will help your baby breath better, but the way you have to hold your baby to put it in their nose is dangerous. Other than that, it's good.
Comments about Ayr Baby's Saline Nose Spray, Drops, 1 fl oz:
My three-month-old daughter came down with a cold and these drops helped clear her congested nose( since she is too young to take medicine). They were easy to use, and definitely thinned out her mucus so I could use the nasal aspirator. I highly recommend keeping this product on hand!
For Infants: Put child on his/her back with head between your knees. Gently remove excess mucus with warm, moist cloth or cotton swab. With one hand, hold the baby's hands. With your other hand, put 2 to 6 drops in each nostril, taking care not to touch the dropper tip to hands, nose or nasal secretions. Have child remain on back for 1 to 2 minutes. Gently wipe the nose with tissue or use a nasal aspirator or bulb syringe. The Ayr dropper tip should be rinsed with hot water and wiped with a clean towel. Do not use the same bottle for other children .
For older children: Hold bottle upright, give short, firm squeezes into each nostril. Take care not to aspirate nasal contents back into bottle.
