I started using Ayr nasal gel after I fell and broke my nose. It's a non greasy, stay-in-place product that effectively combats dry nasal passages without the runnyness of a spray, so there's no chance it'll stream out or run down your throat. The aloe is not only soothing it smells great too. I love this product.

My mom was on oxygen and it used to dry her nasal passages out until she tried using Ayr. I use it in the winter when it gets very dry in the house, and the saline is good for keeping away sinus infections. I prefer this gel to a spray, and it is very easy to apply using a swab.
