We first discovered this product when our 1-month old was diagnosed with RSV and ran out of the hospital provided saline solution, ever since then we always have a bottle. When used in combination with a really good bulber (like the blue ones the hospital gives newborns) This stuff is very very effective. It is best to wait a minute and let it loosen the mucus and sometimes you do need to use it twice to help clear congestion. We use it on both our children still and I cannot imagine where we would be without it!

I have sarcoid in my sinuses so that they are always dry. Having this is a god send. It quickly loosens the mucus and soothes the nose. The small amount of glycerin helps by coating the passages especially at night. I hope it will never be discontinued.

Little Noses is a great product. I found it during the birth of my child. It isn't messy and quite safe. I used the product until my child was in third grade. I still keep several on hand during winter months for each family member, including adults. Each person receives one with his/her name. This product is applicable for mild, irritable dry nose. It says "Little noses" but what adult wants harsh chemicals when we are breathing more than desirable air during traffic jams. I reach for mine in my glove compartment after I pass a smoky, choking vehicle. Green enviroment...yep..I want green inside my temple too. E

This product is amazing! Being pregnant, I've had a stuffy nose and also the gross post nasal drip. I use this product to clear everything up and it works perfectly! I use it every day and night and my symptoms are a lot better. I highly recommend it to any pregnant woman out there going through the same thing.

During the seasonal allergy months, we use this morning and night to ease congestion and stay healthier. Using the saline is so much easier than having a fussy baby!

Newborns/infants: 2 to 6 drops in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by your doctor.
Children & adults: 2 to 6 sprays/drops into each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a doctor.
To use as:
Dropper - hold bottle upside down and squeeze lightly.
Gentle sprayer - hold bottle upright and squeeze firmly.
.Other Information:
This product is non-medicated and can be used as often as needed without the worry of any harmful side effects or drug interactions. The specially buffered formula is alcohol free and will not sting or burn delicate nasal membranes. Works great on adult size noses too.
