I have been using this for 7 years and love it. I started using this with my 1st baby and since then everyone in my house has their own. This is very good for the little ones who can't blow their nose and also works when blowing isn't productive. Little noses helps break it up without and nasty medications. Just good ol' salt.

It really works for stuffy nose generally. But if stuffy nose very serious, it wont help much. its safe since its non medicated, safe to use daily for my gal who has stuffy nose often.

I use this spray on my newborn. I don't know if it's because we live in Iceland or what, but he has had a dry nose since he was born. Since he's too young to have anything medicated we've used this. It seems to work well; my only gripe is that a baby's nostrils are so tiny that when you spray it, it gets everywhere.

If you have a new baby I highly recommend using this for there nasal congestion. For the younger ones it works great, just a couple drops along with a nasal aspirator. My daughters are 3 and 5 now and I still use this stuff for them. For my 5 year old I usually just do one spray. The 1 ounce bottle lasts us months.
