Of all the Ensure drinks this flavor tastes the best. Very good, especially when really cold. You might even add some vanilla ice ream to it and mix slightly.

Before writing a review for this product, I had the opportunity to read existing reviews. This product DOES taste very good, to me, room temperature. It is recommended that you drink it cold, but if you can't, it still taste good. One reviewer stated they used it because they did not eat breakfast. To skip breakfast is the biggest mistake you could make, especially if you are health and weight conscious. You absolutely need a "nutritious" meal to start the day. A nutritious breakfast provides the energy and nutrients you need to function properly. To drink two of these products at one time is ridiculous. The average person needs about 5 meals a day at approximately 300 calories per meal. One Ensure Butter Pecan has 350 calories and 20 grams of sugar. They are not meal replacer. They are intended to give you calories when needed. Furthermore, these products are not intended to drink everyday or too often. I sometimes drink one before my early morning workout. It gives me the calories I need and I love the flavor. After working out, I always have a nutritious meal. If you need a quick fix and want something tasty, Ensure Butter Pecan is the best.

The other good flavor is Dark Chocolate. These are handy for when you're desperate to get some calories and you end up skipping a meal because you're too busy to eat, and you don't want to pass out mid-afternoon. The Butter Pecan flavor is very sweet, like ice cream. All the Ensure drinks taste best when COLD. Try not to drink at room temperature - it's not as good.

I'm pregnant and have the worst of the worst morning sickness and this is the only thing I can really keep down enough to take my prenatal vitamins as well. The last thing I want is to be malnourished and to have my baby lack anything it needs to be growing healthy and well so these are really a lifesaver!

I tried to drink two of them since I usually don't eat breakfasr, but this really didn't get it. It was okay, just not near what i had expected.

I need protein added to my diet because I have a stomach problem and Ensure Plus does the trick and then some. The butter pecan is my favorite flavor, it's delicious!
