I love these drops and finally getting relief for dry eyes. Soothe XP did nothing for be and so I tried Genteal and couldn't be happier. I use the gel at night too and it's great. I also really like the fact that the preservative breaks down to oxygen and water and this no preservative irritation.

If you take lubricant eye drops more than twice a day, you need to take these because the preservative is neutralized as soon as the drop hits your eye. Most other types of drops have preservatives that can harm your eyes if used often. I have taken these four times a day for years and have been very happy with them. This is a good price compared to regular drug stores.

Very refreshing, very comfortable, gentle, and I love the fact that the preservative becomes oxygen when it touches your eye. Basically no preservatives! Many artificial tears I find are goopy, sticky; they make your vision cloudy for a minute or two after using and glob up your lashes. GenTeal drops don't. I only have moderate to mild dry eye, dusty conditions where I work and I'm at the computer a lot. These are great, a must-have. HIGHEST recommendation.
