My battle against seasonal allergies has recently become a complicated one, as I can no longer take antihistamines or any other traditional allergy treatments due to terrible side effects...and as I cannot receive allergy shots on account of a medication that I have to take every day to prevent migraines. And as a result, I've been suffering terribly through the beginning of this year's allergy season.
That having been said, I've tried countless eye drops in the past few weeks, hoping to find some relief for my red, bloodshot, itchy, puffy, scratchy, and downright miserable allergy eyes. Every other brand that I tried did the same thing - burned my already irritated eyes, and did nothing to make them feel any better.
As soon as I tried Similisan's Allergy eye drops, I could tell they were different - they soothed my eyes immediately (no stinging or burning), and after using them twice the day that I bought them, I woke up the next morning to complete relief for the first time in weeks! No itchy eyes upon waking up, no red eyes greeting me in the mirror, and no soreness whatsoever! The only potential downside I can see to these drops is that the bottles need to be used (or discarded) within 30 days of opening...having said that, I've already stocked up as I will NEVER be without these drops ever again!
I recently purchased some of Similasan's Allergy Relief Nasal Spray, and I'm crossing my fingers that it works as well for my nasal allergy symptoms as these drops have worked for my eye allergy symptoms!

My mother used them to. We both have allergies: red eyes, itchy, irritated and watery. Our eyes still itches and feels irritated. I have a little red vain in my eye after the first use. These drops irritated my eyes. Perhaps.. these eye drops would work for you. Everyone reviewed and said how good these eye drops are, but..everyone is different. Guess me and my mother was unfortunate for these eye srops to not work for us.
I'm going to try "Visine eye drops" which is cheaper..Hopefully they'll work for me & my mother.

I had spent a good deal of time using the pharmaceutical Restasis for. Dry eyes, with no relief. When I dropped this and tried Similasan Allergy formula and feel is is very helpful

I do not know what is wrong with my eyes. I have Graves disease w/eye problems and maybe dry eyes and maybe allergies. All I do know is, for years my eyes have been tearing excessively and I have used Systane and Ocuvite with limited success. For four months, my eyes ran all the time so I tried Similasan Allergy Eye Relief and with a few drops a day, my eyes do not tear excessively and they are not dry or irritated. Good product! It works!

These are the best eye drops for dry eyes and allergic dry, red eyes I've found. They are very gentle and effective. I've been using these for several years now.
I have had a horrible allergy season this year. My eyes have been red, itchy and watery. I have tried other eye drops in combination with allergy medicine to alleviate the problem. It would clear up for a day or two; but it would always come back. I have tried the ear drops by Similasan and was pleased by the almost immediate results and relief. So I decided to try the eye drops and I was not disappointed. My eyes almost feel 100% normal again and it has been about 24 hours!
