I'm 53, menopausal and also have had one of the hottest summers ever and hated the "not so fresh" feeling I was having. Finally tried this, and it works great! I don't find the smell unpleasant at all, in fact I like it, just fresh and slightly floral. Anyway, this stuff is a Godsend, I highly recommend it.

FDS Extra Strength feminine deodorant spray may prevent odor, but this particular scent smells like bug spray to me!!! I asked a friend to check out the scent and she thought it smelled okay. I think I will go back to the Baby Powder scent.

I have put the FDS Extra Strength to the ultimate test. I am deployed to Iraq in June and it has already gotten to 112 degrees. I work 12 hr shifts, 6 days a week on generators that get to 200 degrees and do phisical training 3 times a week. I naturally sweat a lot and now i'm faced with spotting every day from birth control and must use a liner every day. These conditons created an unplesant feminine odor that i couldn't do anything about until i got off shift. I tried everything from changing liners more often to spot washing and using a talc free powder and even using regular deoderant on my thighs and bikini line- nothing worked but this. I couldn't buy it online because it has to be shipped by ground so i had my husband send me a few cans and it's GREAT! This will be part of my deployment checklist from now on. My only problem is the smell. The first day I sprayed it in my underware and bra area and the smell was so overpowering that I could taste it. It's like a mix of Lysol and baby powder. To get over the smell I only use it for my underware/ liner and keep a can in the restroom for midday freshening. I am happy that the Hypoalergenic kind truely is. I have skin allergies normally and have no problem with this.

As a runner, I find it helpful to spray FDS into my running shorts to neutralize the sweaty odor during a long run. I don't feel that it is necessary to spray directly onto the skin. Unique, fresh fragrance!

This is the extra-strength version of FDS, which is great for use during your period or the week after. It's also great for freshening up your pantyhose or shoes in a pinch or after a long day.

This product works pretty well -- generally, I spray it on a pantiliner and it's very effective. Not necessarily going to 'carry you through' a marathon, but for normal everyday use, it's great!
