Protects your chest when running!

My fiance uses these circle-spots to protect his chest when he runs. Between sweat, and t-shirt rubbing, his nipples will become raw and sore. The circle bandaids are perfect. They stay on in spite of sweat and is well protected without the irritation of a longer bandaid sticking to his chest hair.

I have big problems with bandages doing terrible things to my skin, but these work great. They stick very well, but come off easily. Dots/spots are remarkably handy to keep around.

These work great for making your own inexpensive acne spot treatments for overnight. Just put a dab of your favorite treatment on it and all is well in the AM.
