I use this on my baby every day, and DEFINITELY every night, and we have not had one diaper rash (and my baby is 8 months old)! It is wonderful... my mother used it on me and I'm so glad I chose to continue to use this for my baby. I can't wait to use it for my feet and other areas on myself too!

As far as clearing diaper rash, I feel the ointments with zinc have worked better on my daughter's ULTRA-sensitive skin that area. But like a lot of other reviewers, I use it every night of my feet with socks. I don't ever have calloused feet, and it healed my cracked skin on the bottom of my feet from wearing flip flops everyday like magic with consistent use. I will definitely keep buying it for that purpose. I haven't received a pedicure in YEARS and my feet look very smooth and healthy.

This is the best treatment for dry, cracked skin that I've found. Apply to rough feet before bed, cover with socks and wake up to softer feet. I use it every night during the dry season. For dry hands, apply non-latex gloves and go about your chores around the house for an hour or so to see improvement.

My mother used this ointment on me when I was a baby and it's still around! Its endurance is a testament to its ability to protect baby's sensitive skin, especially the diaper area. A thin layer at every diaper change really prevents diaper rash! As good as Baby Aquaphor and less expensive.
