Baby developed rash quickly with this. Changed to a brand with higher Zinc Oxide level and have not had another rash in 2 months. The better brand did cost a few dollars more.

I use this product at every diaper change. It goes on smoothly and evenly. It's doesn't form a pasty, gunky layer like other diaper creams. It's useful also for little scrapes and I use it on my lips if they get a little dry or chapped. I have NEVER had diaper rash on either of my 2 babies and credit this product for that.

This product goes way beyond diaper rash. Yes, it smells bad - but it works! I use this from my feet and hands to my neck. Just make sure you don't get any on your face. I am trying to prevent turkey-neck. So far, so good. I know this is the best product to make your feet and hands baby soft. I figure if it works so well on my rough skin, it will help my neck, too. My dermatologist even recommends it.

When all others fail, A&D fixes it.

When desitin or other ointments fail, A&D will work. It's thinner and softer than other ointments, so it goes on smoothly. That's nice when you've got a bleeding rash. Also, there's no goopy, white mess. It is an excellent, safe protectant against the wind and weather, too.

my kids have never had any rash issues, need i say more?!! its worth the money for the prevention of any issues. however, when i go out with my kids i tend to pack portable vaseline tubes to use for those changes.
