My dermatologist told me about this product. He gave me a samople to use for the extremely dry skin I have on my body, especially hands. I have been using it for about 4 years now. I keep a tube in the kitchen, bathroom and bedside. It's the best treatment I have used so far.

Use this on eczema, on chapped lips (which are never chapped anymore), cuts on hands, extremely dry skin, chapped nose from cold, etc. It's greasy and takes a while to dry, but that's why it works so well. If you have problem dry skin and are willing to be a little greasy for a while, this is for you.

I had problems with a dry patch on my shin and my dermatologist recommended it. After using it for a month putting it on in the morning and evening it solved the problem. I had tried moisturizing lotions earlier without any success. The downside is this stuff is like Vaseline. Putting it on the shins is not a problem since it is not a spot you would touch but I cannot see using this on your hands or face.

This is the first thing I've found that REALLY heals my wind burned lips in the winter. Overnight! I have eczema, and it's wonderful for that as well. Lovely! This is one of those "if you were shipwrecked on a desert island, what would you take..." products!

This is really petroleum jelly in a tube. Too heavy for daytime, I put it on my hands and feet before bed (use bed socks and gloves so you don't get grease stains on your sheets) for deep a deep moisture treatment. In the winter, I use it 3-4 times a week, in the summer maybe once.
