I would reccommmend this product over everything else! I've tried everything from Balmex, Destin, baby powder, Kendall Cream, and ANY other "home remedies" (including oatmeal baths) I can think of. You notice a difference the very first time you use it. It is the best diaper rash cream you will EVER purchase. I will NEVER buy any other product ever again but this one. Your babys mood will change almost immediately. They feel soothed and better instantly.

The BUT PASTE is a multi use product.

My son is in the Armed Forces, a friend in his unit gave him some of your "BUT PASTE" to use on his hands. His hands were in bad shap. Dry, cracking, peeling. After a short time of daily use, his hands are the best shap they have been in a long time. My Wife & I use the "BUT PASTE' for our hands also. That is why I ordered the Jar, the large tube of whitch I sent to my son and to replace what was given to him from his friend. My Wife & I use the others.

My baby has very pale, sensitive skin. when she developed diaper rash, we immediately started applying this product. The product prevented the diaper rash from getting any worse, but it did not treat the rash. In the end, we had to turn to a product with a higher content of zinc oxide. This probably would be great if she hadn't already developed the rash.

I've tried every prescription the doctor's had in their arsenal but NOTHING compares to the results this cream gave me. This stuff is wonderful. I discovered it with my first born. He had gotten sick and had a bad diaper rash. I tried every kind of ointment I could find. After a few days and the rash not clearing up my mother brought me some butt paste to try. Within a day the rash was almost gone and by the second day it was. I continue to use this with my second child and have even used it for any heat rashes I have gotten.

I look for three things in a diaper cream for my extremely sensitive-skinned 2.5 year old: 1. prevention and treatment of existing diaper rash 2. easy application and clean up 3. pleasant scent Butt paste does all of the above. It smells like cinnamon cake. There's basically nothing wrong with it as a product, as far as I'm concerned. I thought it used to be not tested on animals, but maybe that changed when the company was bought out? That's the only thing about it that makes me sad.
