I tried this product on my baby's diaper rash and was not happy with the results. After an hour or so, the cream turned into hard little balls which seemed to irritate the rash more. The product also smells bad and is an ugly off-yellow color. I would not buy this product, nor would I recommend it to others. Desitin is still my choice.

Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area. Allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change and especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period of time, such as bedtime.
