LOOOVE IT! Used this stuff all the time for my little boy. He has very sensitive skin, so almost every time he had a BM in his diaper, it looked as if he had been scalded by hot water or something. This is the only cream that stayed on his skin and actually protected it. All others seemed too runny and would just wipe off inside the diaper. I also like the color of it because if you tend to be a little messy with it and get it on clothing or such it isn't obvious. And the smell was pleasant, not mediciney or too perfumey. I buy this for all of my mommy friends!!

Our baby has very sensitive skin. No matter how often we change her diaper, we still need to apply ointment at every diaper change to prevent diaper rash. We've tried several brands of diapers, wipes, and ointments. I was not impressed with Boudreaux's Butt Paste. It has a weird, mustard-yellow color, which leaves a "skid mark" in our baby's diaper -- I could've overlooked that if the stuff actually worked, but when my baby woke from her nap, the redness and irritation on her bottom was worse. A+D Creamy or Desitin Creamy both work better than Butt Paste, but so far, Balmex has been our first choice for preventing diaper rash.

This smells bad and looks worse -- I gave it a try. It is a grainy brown ointment that doesn't spread easily or come out of the tube easily but most important that didn't help with my baby's rash. My dermatologist told us to buy 100% zinc oxide - which I have only been able to find in the first aid section of stores. It is by far the cheapest cream and works the best. I haven't used any other product for 2 years and my baby never gets a rash.

Sometimes when my little guy poops, it is thick and takes a lot of wiping to get it all off. This causes him to become raw sometimes and ALL other diaper rash cremes will burn and he will scream bloody murder. So we tried butt paste. Not a peep. In fact, it cleared up the little rash he had, along with fixing up the raw skin on his rear. I like how it smells and that it wipes of very easily. I also like how it doesn't spurt out really easily and cause a mess in case the little one grabs the tube. It is a little expensive, but who can put a price on a baby's comfort?

I saw this on Oprah and decided to try it. I give it three stars because it's hard to push out of the tube, it leaves a weird color on baby's skin, and it doesn't blend very well. The smell is about average for diaper rash creams. I've tried a lot of rash creams and I think I'll stick with Aveeno or Desitin.

I had heard this product was the best thing for a diaper rash and I would agree that it clears it up rather well. However, the smell is not so great. Regardless of the smell, I'll still use it and continue to buy this product.

My 4 month old son had a horrible rash from antibiotics and I attempted to use Butt Paste on his tushie. I can't be 100% certain but I believe it stung a little because it is fragranced. I had to wipe it off and let him dry off. I would not recommend this on raw behinds - for prevention of diaper rash maybe.

Disgusting. I threw it in the garbage after one use. Triple paste ( ask any pharmacist) is far superior.

This product is super. Doesn't smell like other diaper creams and works in hours! A little goes a long way which is good because the company raised the price. At this price, it's just 4 stars.

My son had a really bad rash it looked a lot like a yeast infection, and would itch whenever I took off his diaper. I love A&D but it would not get rid of it, and antifungal cream would make my son cry (needless to say I didn't use it again). This rash wouldn't go away; he had it for a week- until I finally I found Buttpaste at Wal-Mart (someone told me it gets rid of yeast infections). I used it and within 2 days my son's rash was almost gone. It's not just a diaper cream!
