The product is rather gross looking, a funky color with a weird smell and consistency. It's good for minor skin irritations, though, and it seems to be a good buy for the money (it goes a long way). I would recommend it for those with a baby with diaper rash or skin irritations.

I primarily used the Boudreaux's Butt Paste as a diaper rash cream for my one-year-old. It worked great! Many other creams have irritated her skin, but this one didn't, and cleared up her rash within hours! I also used it for personal itching/irritation, and it did a great job on that as well. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

My husband and I were a little timid about using the product on our son because it didn't look familiar, and neither did the brand name. We did try a small amount on our son's arm (since he had no diaper rash at the time) and we thought that it seemed very mild and had a pleasant scent. It did not irritate his skin and seemed to keep the skin soft. We would be much more willing to use the product if we had information regarding the amounts of each ingredient or the percentage of zinc oxide, etc. (Editors note: please see the ingredient list to view the percentage)

The beige color was an unpleasant sight, since most diaper rash creams are white. However, the product had no odor at all, which is an improvement over some other creams. I used the cream on some chafing skin that was red and irritated. Within two days, the redness and irritation were gone. I would definitely use the product again and if I knew someone who was not getting results with their usual cream, I would suggest that they try it -- despite the hilarious name!

Funny name, great product. It works really well as an anti-chaffing cream, and smells pretty good too! I've heard from friends that it's absolutely the best thing for diaper rash (although I didn't use it for that).

This product instantly gets rid of redness and irritation. It didn't smell too good, though, and it felt really greasy and thick, like a paste. (Hence the name, Butt Paste.) It was okay, but I really don't have any use for it. Sometimes, I get a little redness on my legs, and I put it there. The product comes in a rather large container. It works well. I like it, even though it doesn't feel too great.

The Butt Paste worked well enough. I used some on my youngest child to prevent diaper rash in case he had a nighttime accident while wearing training pants. The smell of the "paste" was not unpleasant but was not very appealing either.

I would highly recommend this product to consumers. My son has extremely sensitive skin and breaks out in diaper rash quite easily. Not only did this product clear up his rash, but it did so without causing him any discomfort. BIG BONUS. I will continue to use Butt Paste.

This product worked well. I used it on my six-month-old after each diapering and all redness disappeared after about a day. However, if I was in marketing, I would re-think the name of the product because I think this would prevent people from initially purchasing it.

I really liked this product; it has a pleasant scent. When used on my baby's diaper rash, the results were almost immediate. By the next diaper change the redness was reduced significantly. By a few hours later the rash was gone. It required only a minimum amount per use so this product should last quite a while.
