Primary use for me is hang nails. It sooths the cuticles and sore areas due to hang nails. Also helps with paper cuts or in our home kitty scratches and snags too. Overall a wonderful item to keep on hand and in your purse or pocket traveling. Some people are sensitive to this antibiotic though so watch for those signs. I've recommended to lots of friends this item. Usually about same price as generic brands. For me it does not contain Lidocaine which I'm allergic to and often what's used for topical pain relief. So this it's works well for me.

The cream doesn't 'melt' away as the ointment does. Helps with simple pain and heals injury quickly. Have one in car, office, bathroom, purse.

Used for decades. My son recommended that I get the "plus" and I'm so glad he did. It helps numb the area and really aids in healing quickly. I prefer the cream over the ointment. This size is perfect as I have really started checking "use by" dates on medical items. Do like this product better than other Brand names on the market.

I prefer this to regular neosporin; the cream is absorbed whereas the ointment is messy and greasy.

Each time I use this product, I develop a terrible raised, itchy, burny, painful rash around area use. Have stopped using this product and thrown the remainder away.

loveee this! i got a horrible scrape on my side from being pushed down by a wave and dragged across the sand. It was starting to scab and get tight after about 2 days of using regular neosporin, so i got this one with pain releif and it WORKS! no more pain or tightness. I should also mention I got the generic version so this one might work even better!

Have used this product for years, and rely on it. It works-does a great job helping to protect wounds, and prevents infecions.
I keep a tube at work, along with some bandaids.

With 3 kids and myself we get lots of boo boo's and this is the best medicine I have every used. While it gets rid of the pain, it also cleans the would and prevents scaring. What more could you ask for. It is the best.
