I love this cold pack

I had never used cold packs before, but I have too many health conditions to mention, so I thought this might help. While there are times when I heated wrap is better, this is great for those times when cold is best. I fell hard on my right knee and left wrist a couple of months ago, and this really helped ease the swelling and pain. I use it when I have migraines. I use it on my pulse points and the back of my neck when I am hot and cannot get cooled down. I keep it in the freezer in a Ziploc bag. I wish that it stayed colder a little longer, but that is a minor complaint.

I have several of these cold compresses and I keep them in the freezere at home, work and on a boat. When my grandson gets a bump he goes to the freezer to get one for himself or if someone else gets hurt, he goes to get them one. They are much more convenient than getting ice and having to put a cloth around it so it is no too cold next to your skin.

I have had Arthroscopic knee surgery in July 2008 and use the Cold Compress when the knee swells up during the day and after exercises with the knee when it is sore.

This cold compress is the best I have ever used. I have disk problems in my lower back and this larger size provides perfect coverage. They are very durable and comfortable next to the skin. I keep several in the freezer at all times. I travel with them when a freezer is available

By far, my favorite cold compress. No dripping mess of ice, and it gets cold fast. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, and you are ready-to-go again! Excellent for Soccer Moms who have kids with knee injuries! I keep one in the freezer, and bring one on trips to keep in the cooler and/or hotel fridge. A lifesaver. Oh, one other thing; no towel needed, and the cover is a soft material - not plastic-feeling.

Best I've tried. And I've tried 20, I bet. Molds extremely well. Cloth covering is comfortable and allows just the right amount of cold to come through. I also haven't broken one yet. So many spring leaks.
