This Futuro Sport® Adjustable Ankle Support is designed to provide strength and support for stiff, weak, or injured ankles. It also helps provide protection from further injury.

Size: For left or right foot, this support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around ankle. Adjust to fit 7.0 - 11.0 in 17.8 - 29.9 cm.

I love these wraps. I bought two, one for each ankle, because I have sprained both. I am a second dan black belt and find these wraps essential for long days at the dojang in bare feet and sometimes very cold, hard floors.

Difficult to apply. Slides off heel. Not enough support. Can't wear with shoe. All of the above equals money wasted.

My old one lasted quite a ...

My old one lasted quite a long time. However, the latest one I bought came apart at the stitching ends of the heel loop after about 12 wearings. Also the heel loop was much smaller and as result, the loop kept slipping off. I would not recommend product; there are other brands available.

To Wear:
1. Position support with smooth side against skin. Place heel securely in loop. Wrap support over the top of foot towards inside of ankle.
2. Wrap support under foot arch and over top of foot.
3. Wrap support around back of ankle, then towards front of ankle.
4. Attach hook fastener to support. Re-wrap support with varying degrees of tension until desired support and comfort are achieved.

Care: Close fastener prior to washing. Wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
