Size:  For right or left arm, this elbow support has been designed with adjustable  straps in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around elbow. Adjust to fit 6.5 - 13.5 in  16.5 - 34.3 cm.

To Wear:

1. Loosely attach straps to support.
2. Pull support over arm towards elbow.
3. Position tip of elbow in pocket of support.
4. Adjust closures until support fits firmly, yet comfortably.

Care:  Wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
