Great knee support. I gave it five stars because I like the fabric and the support. It's not all bulky like some supports. Also the beige makes it easier to hide it under clothes. I also have to have padding over the knee instead of the exposed knee some offer. I have it on right now - have worn it all day and it's comfortable. I didn't look at their size chart so can't offer help on that. They may run small but I have never seen an over the counter brace that doesn't.

Stated sizes are not accurate. I measured a medium but could barely bend my knee because it was so tight.

Slide support over knee. Position kneecap in patella panel.

Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
