This brace is the most effective we have found for support for tendon damage and arthritis. While comfort is not great, what knee brace is comfortable? I ware mine 5-6 days a week so it lasts only about 6 months but is worth the relief from pain.

I have a lot of fat around my knee and to make both ends meet, I had to wrap it tight. It does not stay in place over clothing. I used it to exercise, and after 30 minutes it eventually does start to slip and become uncomfortable. I only use it when my knee starts to hurt a little, and I only get temporary pain in my knee, probably once a month.

This used to be a wonderful product. They were well made out of a thick material that was stretchy enough to do sports in, but also resistant enough to provide good support for bad knees. But a year ago Futuro changed how they made them. The material is now much thinner and offers almost no support. There is less reinforcement around the knee-ring and the Velcro is cheaper and has a weaker grip. I have a pair of the original version that I had worn for a year. These old, well worn supports actually do a better job of supporting my knees than a brand new pair of the newer cheaper ones. Hopefully, if people refuse to buy them, Futuro will realize that saving a few bucks in production isn't worth losing customers and they will bring back the original version.

Its nice, and gives okay support, but I am very petite and have little knees, and this was just huge. I had to take a scissors and cut some of the excess out so I could bend my knee at all. It also seems to slip easily, and I constantly have to stop and pull it back up.

I have no cartlige between my patella and I'm basically waiting for a knee replacement. I am too young right now. So in the meantime, this brace does help. I have big knees, and it does get around fairly well. You have to buy a new one every 6 months, or after it stretches out. You do get a good use out of this!!

I have no cartilage in my left knee and very little in my right knee. With this product I am able to run, sprint, and lift weights without throwing out my knees, nor do I have any swelling. This is a great product.

To Wear: Lay support over knee, smooth side facing skin and with single strap to the outside of leg.
Place round hole over kneecap .
While holding support in place, wrap middle strap under knee and attach hook fastener to support.
Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach them to support
Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable
Care: Close all fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
