I have given my dogs the chicken version of this treat for quite some time, and I thought the salmon option would be a nice change. The dogs definitely thought it was a nice change. They both reacted strongly to the arrival of my drugstore.com box because the smell was such that they got it through all the packaging. I am not a big fan of the fish sent, but they really enjoy these morsels, and when I shared some with my mother's cats they all ate readily, even though some are picky.

Using scissors, I cut up the dried salmon and add warm water so that it is softer. My cat loves it. I would not give the dried salmon without first adding some warm water.

Our cats go crazy for these treats. They are sizable (for cats) cubes of a wafer-ish material. We break the cubes down for our cats, as they seem to have difficulty with an entire cube. Maybe the idea is for them to gnaw at it to scrape off tartar, but it just seems as if it would be really rough on their gums.

We use it as a treat in the A.M., cutting each cube in half to share with our two cats. A great chance to interact with our two happy, active, vibrant cat buddies. I especially like that it's extra healthy for them, with NO additives or fillers and not too fattening.

Great as cat treats. Our medium sized dogs could gobble the entire 1.6 oz bottle and want more. Not a balanced diet...use as very healthy treats only.

My dogs love this treats. They get so excited when I grab the treat container. I feel very good about giving a healthy treat to my 4 legged kids.

Both my cats love this stuff. We've tried the chicken and the salmon and I have to say I just show them the container and they come running! These are great for treats or to encourage them to eat. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

I ordered 3 of the salmon because my cat love loves the chicken ones. When I opened them I noticed they were much harder than the chicken ones but she still ate them. Then she started throwing up awhile after I would give her one. I think the ones I got must be old or bad.
