This gum tastes good - not so fake like other "sugar free" gums and the flavor lasts longer than the all natural gum I've tried. But it does disintegrate in your mouth after a bit - I'm not sure if it would last the recommended 15 minutes or not. Also, if you really did chew 2 pieces 3 times a day like they recommend, you'd have to buy this gum pretty frequently - one package would only last you 4 days! But it is tasty and it does freshen your mouth, so I like it.

It has a sharp introduction, but after a few minutes it left a strange taste in my mouth. Probably works for other people, but it's not really my bag.

This is a convenient way to get the benefits of green tea - you can carry it in your purse. The gum is VERY DIFFICULT to find in stores and pharmacies.

Bought it based on the reviews I read but was disappointed in the product. It did not have a pleasant taste to me although it did taste like tea, but pleasant or not, the flavor only lasted for a minute. I did not get a minty taste like one reviewer said. The consistency was good...it was easy to chew initially...I have sensitive teeth so that was important but after 15 minutes it became harder to chew and I wanted to get rid of it. It curbs your need to snack and helps you concentrate, but then so does any chewing gum. It was way too expensive for what it was. I was trying to find a substitute for my favorite chewing gum 'Arm & Hammer' which is no longer being made but unfortunately it didn't even come close!

Minty Taste

I like to chew a piece after breakfast. The minty taste helps my breath. I usually chew a piece after each meal. It provides a good taste in my mouth and helps me feel like dessert is not necessary. The only problem I find is sometimes if you chew it too long it does turn too soft, almost like sand and is awful to chew .
