In the past, the Root Lift was one of my favorite hair products for my fine, flat hair. I was thrilled when I found it on drugstore.com. Not happy. The product DID not come out like mousse even after ordering a 2nd bottle. It dispensed watery and left a sticky alcohol residue in my hair. Very disappointing...

I bought this product with high expectations, I even purchased the travel size to go along with the bigger product for travel. Did not hold my hair in humid climate which I live in or super dry climate which I visited. Smells nice but that is about I can say. Not worth the money in the end.

I can't believe this stuff is so expensive! I think it is an o.k. product, but you can get the same results from any mouse or other similar products.

Pros: High Quality

After shampooing I spray on my damp hair, then dry. Gives my hair a great lift. I tried my old mousse because it is cheaper, but had to go back to this product. Get it on sale at drugstore.com, and the price isn't bad.

I have really, really fine, straight, and soft hair. And when there is bit grease on my head, it looks really obvious, and then my hair looks dirty, and like 2 stickers sticking on my cheeks. This product absorbs the grease and makes my hair a bit fluffy. I love it.

This mousse is incredibly user-friendly! I lift sections of my hair, spray a thin layer near the roots, and comb it through. I'm not generally very successful with hair styling, but I've had such great success with this spray mousse!
