It did soften my skin, and i suffer from bad, dry, winter skin. So it it did the job to help with that. It was frustrating that i had to rub hard into my skin because it is kind of thick, even when you rub it in your hands first. And the fragrance isn't as strong as i hoped. Overall, a great product.

I use this to soften my feet every day before I put on my socks and on my hands before bedtime. I wouldn't use it as an all-over moisturizing product because it's too heavy and doesn't absorb quickly - but that's why it works so well on hands and feet! It's hard to find pure shea butter at such a great price!

My hands are as dry as paper. I started buying L'Occitane pure shea butter for [$] per tin. Then I found the Bath & Body Works "too shea" for about half that price. Now I am hooked on this one. Same results. Ultra moisurizing. I put it around my eyes at night, so I was a little worried about having a slight lavender scent, but no problems at all for me in that regard.

I don't have *too* dry a skin, but I despise it when my skin does get dry, after washing my hands a lot or if it has been cold and dry out. I'm a college student and I apply the shea butter at bedtime. My roommate doesn't mind the smell! It's lavendar-scented so it's soothing anyway. I wake up and my skin is unbelievably soft. I went to a party the other night and a friend who hadn't seen me in a while said I had the softest hands he's ever felt - they're like velvet. Now that's a great compliment! I only put it on at night because, being shea butter and thus extremely rich, it absorbs relatively slowly into the skin. I'm definitely not complaining - this is what is to be expected! I even started applying it to my face (at night) to see if it will soften my face up. I have oily, acne prone skin, so it gets dry from all the products I put on it, but I don't like to add to the oiliness during the day by putting moisturizer on it. I hope the shea butter can keep it moisturized throughout the day if it is applied at night. We'll see! Bottom line is that I absolutely love this product!

Thick and heavy, this cream doesn't go on easy, but the benefits outweigh that fact. It softens the skin and keeps skin moisturized for hours. I have been using it daily on my hands and feet. In the morning I use it on my hands. I wash my hands so often during the day, but this cream keeps my hands soft. At night I apply it to my feet and wear slipper socks for a few hours. My feet look and feel great.

You can't beat shea butter and this is an incredible value. I am sooooo excited to have found shea butter at this price! Drugstore you are awesome. THANK YOU.

I have always had dry skin, most lotion lays on the skin but this butter soaks into your skin, leaving it soft and smooth. It is the best moisturizer I have found by far. Body butter will always have a place in my bathroom. If the smell of the butter isn't to my liking I use body spray after application to tone it down. It is well worth the money. It will liquify in the palm of your hands and glide on smooth. I even use it as a facial moisturizer, and leave in my hair overnight to soften before I shampoo. Many uses! Great stuff!! I am thinking of giving as stocking stuffers to the girls.

I used this religiously after showering during pregnancy. It IS very thisck, but if you follow directions for warming in hands, or on skin it spreads easily. 100% shea butter is never a better value anywhere especially when you get the BOGO deal.

Fantastic for face and body. You never need another lotion or moisturizer. It is great for keeping the wrinkles away....apply on face just before your foundation makeup and at bedtime.
