The good: it smelled great, relatively inexpensive. The bottle was easy to open in the shower and satisfying to use for some reason. A little goes a long way - after finishing up the bottle of conditioner, I still had three quarters of the shampoo left. The bad: my normally shiny, fine/silky hair ended up coarse and tangly even after liberal use of the de-luxe conditioner.

Ladies, I strongly suggest that you do not purchase this shampoo or conditioner. I bought it because of the smell, and thought the rosemary and mint would be good for my hair. I was wrong, my hair became very dry, and within a few days my hair began to fall out. I can't even put any products in my hair because NOW that makes my hair break off!!

The smell is wonderful, and it does not leave your hair flat.

Wow, am I ever glad I tried this shampoo! It has a wonderful (not overpowering) mint smell, and a little goes a long way! I shampoo daily, so I use the de-luxe Rosemary Mint Conditioner too. They are wonderful together! If you only shampoo ever few days, you probably won't even need the conditioner. I will definitely re-order this product!

This shampoo is lovely! The smell is absolutely lovely and wonderful, and is in fact very rejuvenating. Leaves hair smelling just as good. This shampoo is a lot cheaper than Aveda, but the quality isn't. de~Luxe shampoo is also much, much easier to find than Aveda; I found mine at Target for half the price of Aveda. It leaves my hair feeling silky. And it's weird because some days my hair is oily, some days dry, sometimes very limp, sometimes normal. It's a nice balance and for best results I also use the de~Luxe rosemary mint conditioner. A very nice complementary scent is Method shower gel in Mango Mint, also found at Target. Overall I am very pleased with the results. Please try it for yoursself!

YUCK!! I HATED this shampoo. Ewww -- it smelled horrid and felt gross. It made my scalp tingle in a terrible way. This product is BAD. I gave it to someone else because I hated this product so much. Maybe she had better luck.

Okay, this shampoo is really harsh. It left my hair just like straw. Initially, it smelled lovely and I felt like I was getting a spa treatment with all of the tingling. But once I rinsed it out I could tell my hair was already being damaged. I am 1/2 Asian so I usually have pretty silky hair, but not after this episode. However, I have a friend who loves the stuff (but to tell you the truth, her hair looks a little ratty). Also, I used it with the conditioner - maybe that was the problem?

The poor woman's Aveda Rosemary Mint. It's a fairly decent product and I've used it quite a lot. But if you can afford it, go for the "real" thing - the Aveda Rosemary Mint, there's really no comparison ...(well, except that steep Aveda price tag).

I was disappointed with this product after seeing all the 5 star reviews here. The shampoo doesn't smell natural or very minty; it seems a bit artificial. Also, it leaves my hair very dry after use. I did not get the clean minty feel afterwards like with other mint shampoos. I think Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo is much better, or Aveda Rosemary Mint is okay too.
