Love the fragrance. Fell in love with the fragrance after trying the liquid hand soap, refreshing and minty. Feels wonderfully squeaky clean. I have short hair, and do not use conditioners that leave residues on hair. For those who have longer hair, they should use a conditioner if they feel it tangles too much. I do not think it strips the oils. I am totally pleased with this shampoo and will continue to use it for a long time. Love it !!!

This shampoo and matching conditioner smell fantastic. Seems to work all right, but my hair doesn't feel very smooth after use. Brush does not move easily through my hair like other shampoo and conditioners. I don't use this as my daily shampoo and conditioner.

I have fairly fine hair and lots of it. This product - either the shampoo or conditioner or both - leaves it limp and unmanageable, and not at all shiny. My hair has a natural wave that falls out when products leave residue, and I think this is what this product is doing. It just pulls out the waves to leave a floppy mess. My regular cheap VO5 shampoo does a much better job with leaving my hair shiny, lightweight and wavy. This may work great on other hair types, but I don't recommend it for those with a thick head of fine hair.

I have color treated hair and normally use organic shampoos which do not harm my hair. This shampoo really dried my hair out to the point that I couldn't style it. Although my hair was clean, I did not like the texture of my hair. My husband, on the other hand, did not experience the same issue and really loves the shampoo.

My only complaint on this shampoo is the smell. It reminds me of a menthol cough drop. Just a very strong smell, but it might be good if you need to clear your sinuses. I wish they made shampoo in their verbena line, because that one smells great.
