I think this product does not know what the word "conditioner" means. My hair was dried out and not conditioned at all. Would not buy again.

I had such high hopes for this product. Who wouldn't like rosemary and mint? My hair, apparently. After using it , my short, soft hair felt like straw! At first I thought I wasn't using enough; big mistake. The more I used, the more dry my hair felt. What a disappointment.

Absolutely delightful! Have no idea what others are talking about with residue or heaviness. This conditioner is light, fragrant and smells great! I also use it on my dog that has very sensitive skin. All I can imagine is these people have very oily hair to start with, if your hair is average or dry, this stuff is killer!!

I enjoy the fragrance of this conditioner, and I LOVE that it's cruelty free and uses natural ingredients. But it does leave residue that even a really thorough rinsing doesn't get rid of. I have really thick hair and I'm not worried about it being weighed down, but the residue messes with my scalp so I get flaky. Ick. The search for a natural conditioner continues.
