I used to color my hair red, and used this shampoo.It helped extend time between colorings a little. I'm now back to my natural light golden brown and I pick it up and use it simply because I love how it smells. It leaves my hair relatively easy to manage--and I can't get over the cherry bark scent. The boyfriend loves it, too--not on him, but...haha.

It's just a good basic conditioner, what more can I say? It does not deposit color, nor does it really "enhance" it. I see little to no difference from other conditioners I have used. Don't expect miracles.

This product works just as well if not better than the John Frieda products, which are the only real competitor. It makes my hair shiny and doesn't weigh it down. I have fine hair and that is important to me. It detangles and moisturizes.

I use a semi-permanent hair color to enhance my own strawberry-blond hair. This product does not say it will make your hair redder, what it does is let the red tones (natural or dyed) to shine through more. Using it, I find that I do not have to re-dye my hair as often, it doesn't seem to wash out the semi-permanent coloring as quickly as other products I have tried. In addition, my hair is left feeling soft and supple and it has a nice shine to it as well.

For years, I just accepted the fact that the ends of my below-waist length hair would be dull and washed-out looking by touch-up time....until I found this stuff. Used with the shampoo, it now keeps looking like the day after it has been colored and deep-conditioned with Matrix Biolage Hydrating Mask (expensive but lasts forever and nothing else works like it). Luckily, like all Pantene products, a little goes a long way, so this one should serve me well for a while yet.

This shampoo didn't work well with my hair. The Pantene website said that is was safe for color treated hair. I colored my hair from brown to bright auburn. I actually used Feria Ruby Fusion. Well, the day after I colored my hair, I began using this conditioner as well as the shampoo. It ended up washing the color out after 3 days of use. I wasn't happy.

An adequate conditioner with a pleasant smell. However, it does not do anything to enhance hair color, so that gets it only 2 stars as the color effect, which is why most people would be drawn to this.

This conditioner and the shampoo that goes with it are excellent. I also highly recommend the moisture rich treatment. They make my hair very manageable and work as well as much pricier brands I've tried.

I usually love Pantene so I was excited to try this, but it's just terrible. The smell is disgustingly sweet (that cherry bark smell common to color-enhancing products for red hair), it doesn't really condition well, and worst of all it leaves a waxy buildup behind no matter how much I rinse. Stay away from this one!
