This cream immediately began reducing a chronic light rash on my stomach. I works very well for me, my skin is noticeable clearer. It is not greasy and the very lightweight cream soaks in quickly. A small amount goes a long way. It has an "earthy" smell from the herb, but I don't find it offensive and the smell dissipates quickly.

I've been using this for almost 3 months and I'm starting to notice a marked difference in the spider veins on my legs. Mine are not severe, but they're definitely fading. I apply generously to the vein areas 2 times per day. I find the smell kind of earthy, spa-like and it fades quickly. Recommend, but takes a long time to begin to see result.

The product just arrived and I rubbed it onto my legs immediately. I was concerned about the smell, but was pleasantly surprised to discover it smells like every other spa treatment I have ever used. Totally no big deal at all. If there's an odor in the room, it's not from this product.

It's a little early to tell if this will work on spider veins, but I had to comment about the smell. Some reviewers have said it is horrible, I do not find it that bad. It's not the typical sweet-smelling fragrant body lotion, but it really is not too bad. I only apply it on the few areas where I have some spider veins, not all over, maybe that is why it's not bothersome to me. I think you have to use it about 6 weeks to see results, I'm on week 3. The product size is reasonable for the price too, but again, I only have a few areas to apply it to. Hopefully it will help with those little areas.

I have been applying this to my face to get the redness away from my nose and skin around my nose (this makes me look like I have a drinking problem, which I don't) After this dries on my face, I apply my moisturizer and makeup. Somedays I notice the results more than others. I have been applying only 2 weeks twice a day, morning and night. We'll wait and see. The product is the best price here than anywhere else. I can deal with the smell, it really is not all that bad. Smells like a horsechestnut.

My vascular surgeon asked me to purchase this and although it has an unpleasant odor..it really works! When my lower legs are painful, I rub some of the cream into my skin and within a few hours I am able to feel the pain decrease considerably. (I did not give 5 stars due to the odor)
Suggestion-Purchase a new jar when the cream gets older as the odor becomes more pronounced.

I SWEAR to you....this works. I am 42 and have great skin - no problems....HOWEVER, I did inherit my moms spider vein problem on my legs. I've tried everything. This cheap product is the only one that shows marked improvement. Give it time, and put up with the smell, and you will see results!

It really does makes small capillaries veins disappear. You have to see it to believe it, like I have. Great product. I also had a soreness in the area where the veins were, no more, its gone.

For nearly two years I've battled repeated leg ulcers due to CVI. It takes a long, long time to finally close one up -- months, generally -- only to see discoloration just below it, for instance, getting darker, announcing the next one.

I bought a jar of Planetary Herbals Horse Chestnut Cream simply because I was desperate in trying to prevent another ulcer. Almost from the first application I saw the dark red skin (denoting a pooling of blood from insufficient blood movement up) begin to lighten. Also, the nearly black scattered spots that previously had always opened into a small ulcer first, stopped growing and began to tighten. Long story short, the shin is much better, feels fine, still looks awful due to scar tissue, but give me hope the circulatory efficacy of this product may well keep me from another ulcer.

I rarely ever write a review because I figure one person's trash is another person's treasure, but this cream is the foulest smelling stuff I have ever put on my body. I used it for 2 weeks straight without any results whatsoever on very tiny spider veins. I kept hoping that I would get used to the smell, but I just can't. I was so afraid that someone else would smell it and think I had developed a serious personal hygiene problem!!!!!!!!!
