I use this as a dailey supplement. I noticed a big improvement after starting to use this product and when I had used all of it, I noticed the difference in the interum time frame that I took to buy more. This product helps a lot, but I have a stubborn longterm congestion problem and therefore I am using Sinol in conjunction with this product to address my specific issues.

I started taking this when I had a flu that I could not shake. It helped a lot. I've kept taking it since then to help manage my allergy symptoms. This is a great supplement; very, very effective, better than anything else I've tried for sinus problems.
