So, I'm a new breastfeeding mom and wasn't producing enough milk so I had to supplement with formula. I found that it definitely brought it up. Still taking it. Hearing a gulp from my 2.5 month old felt really good. It's been about a week and a half and I have been able to cut my formula supplement in half :-)

I used this to increase my waning supply of breastmilk. Per a lactation consultant's advice, I took 3 capsules, 3 times per day. Within 2 days, my supply had increased and the quality seemed better (thicker) as well! I recommend this for any nursing mother who wants to increase her supply. I would use only under the advisement of a lactation consultant, though, because it's not meant for long-term use.
