I just started taking these vitamins a few days ago and my energy level and mood have greatly increased, they are very different than other brands I have taken over the years, I hope to never be without them !!! they are a bit large ,but for me no problem as I crush the pill and stir into my juice each morning, I LOVE these vitamins.

I had trouble swallowing these and I've never had trouble taking pills. I broke it in half & it made it worse. I've never saw such a big vitamin!

These are the best multi-vitamins I've ever taken. Typically you hardly know the difference between taking a vitamin or not; these actually make me feel better overall. I can't take any other brand now.

Even though it's easy to swallow, the tablets are a bit bigger than your normal vitamin. Also this product gives you your B vitamins as well as your 1000 IU of Vitamin D.

There's lots of multi vitamins out there, but most haven't been formulated by a doctor. Dr. Weil has spent decades researching which vitamins, minerals and other supplements humans need, and in what amount for the best possible health. Many vitamins being made have the ingredients, but they're not in a form you can metabolize, so you end up excreting them. Dr Weil's vitamins are more expensive, but THEY WORK! Why waste money on cheap vitamins when your body can't absorb what's in them anyway? I've been using Dr Weil's vitamins for several years, and I am in excellent health. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As hard to believe as it may be, this supplement made a huge difference the first time I took it! I had been on Centrum and my energy level and overall health seems to be up since beginning this product. I'll never be without it!! By the way, all of Dr. Weil's products, skincare by origins etc. are amazing!!
